FARFETCH - Shop Luxury Fashion App Reviews

Love the app but it crashed several times while using it- please fix! Great photos with several views of each item and very easy to place an order through the app as well. Missing customer reviews on products offered but Ive emailed Farfetch to suggest this be a possibility.

Like I dont know how many times I started a new account even changing the password doesnt work either like I cant order. Please fix it I can log in on computer but not the app

Riddled with clerical errors it is difficult to take their recommendations seriously. Shop area doesnt seem to work yet. Even as an early beta version this is laughable for an app that aims at the luxury market. Not sure what their business model is but it seems that they will find it difficult to compete in a segment where perfection is key.

Loved the app! Works great and is really easy to navigate through. Beautiful pieces featured on the app as well. Definitely a must-have for all fashionistas and fashionistos out there!

I have spent an hour collecting the items i was going to buy and putting them into the wishlist and i was very surprised that after having 14 items collected the app cleaned it and i happened to have only 6. Fix the bug, you are loosing customers!

The app is very slow but im sure that Will improve through the news months! Finally an app TO buy on mobile!

I love Farfetch. They have a great collection of designer brands and have a fairly robust website. They get 5 stars for that. But... I was expecting more than just a web app. May as well save space on your phone and keep the website as a bookmark. The dedicated app has the exact same experience, and is thus subject to the clunkiness of their mobile website. The ability to log in and stuff is nice, but actually browsing the items is a pain in the butt. 5/5 for the service and the company, 3/5 for the app.

Love this online store but app is awful!

I love this website and the great selection. However this is one of the worst app user experiences Ive encountered in quite awhile. The app flat out doesnt work on my iPhone 6. Search for basic item like "leather pants", it just sits there or says "page not found." After several attempts I deleted the app and reinstalled. Still nadda. Also it is impossible to get back to the homepage. Unless you click from the homepage selections you are screwed. Really? This app does not represent the premier Farfetch brand at all.

Great site!!! Everything for shopaholics and fashionista!! But... The App is very very awful ! Worked only 2 hours , then screwed up and never showed the items again!

I dont know what the app did or didnt do to prompt that other reviewers harsh critique, but a "terrible app" far fetched is not. My first experience was remarkable and absolutely inspiring. Whomever did the hard work to bring the boutiques and other cultural venues together, as well as the critical insight necessary to keep on trend globally, THANK YOU! FAR FETCHED is extraordinary, and this comes from, as my boyfriend insists, "the most high maintenance girlfriend ever." Okay, so my friends say Im super demanding, too. Whatever. High Maintenance

Not all the functions and sections are working. App is slow, randomly crashes. Needs an update.

Even though I really love the website, I have to say that this app is one of the worst apps Ive ever met.

App doesnt work I cant search or browse I searched "Saint Laurent" and "Givenchy" and nothing came up for either

Fix the app! You cant sell if you can load a page.

cant believe you still didnt make it right, you loosing money on this everyday until you fix the speed and make back button. let me do it for you.
