Love Farfetch, but...

I love Farfetch. They have a great collection of designer brands and have a fairly robust website. They get 5 stars for that.

But... I was expecting more than just a web app. May as well save space on your phone and keep the website as a bookmark. The dedicated app has the exact same experience, and is thus subject to the clunkiness of their mobile website. The ability to log in and stuff is nice, but actually browsing the items is a pain in the butt.

5/5 for the service and the company, 3/5 for the app.
